It&#039;d save a lot of admin, money and hand-wringing.

I saw an exam set for 12 year olds in the Edwardian era. I couldn&#039;t attempt it as an adult. If your country has the toughest exams  in the world, you set the standard.

In the UK, standards are slipping. We&#039;re getting high-school graduates who write like children.</description>
