Video Lessons

After spending years trying to write job aides that always seemed to miss a step or two, I decided that video was the only way to deliver lessons. Using screen capture software, I create narrated tutorials that take teachers step by step through a lesson. The sample plan, Counting Candy: Using Excel in the Classroom, demonstrates a tried and true plan that teaches averages and percentage using spreadsheets and helps reinforce data interpretation skills using graphs and charts.

Using the Videos: For now, the videos are in .wmv format and will play on the Windows Media Player. I'll convert them to Quicktime soon. The files are large and require high bandwidth to download. Please feel free to download them and distribute to others.
